The Year in Review – And an Exciting Year Ahead

After another year I would like to thank you for your ongoing support and trust in Pacific Services Group Company. We have enjoyed working with you this year and are so glad that you have chosen Pacific Services Group as your transfer agent. We are always looking for ways to add value to you and your business and this year we have introduced several new products, beyond our regular transfer agent services, that we feel can benefit you and your company.


We began offering our revolutionary new online service, iPSG, in January of this year. iPSG provides convenient access to company and shareholder information anytime: 24 hours a day seven days a week. The system provides clients with immediate access to key corporate and shareholder data. You no longer have to call or email us requesting information, a task that pulls you away from more urgent responsibilities – iPSG puts the information you need at your fingertips – what you want, when you want it.

The system allows clients to enjoy instant online access to:

  • Shareholder Accounts
  • Corporate Account Information
  • Certificate Inventory Management
  • Split and Dividend Reports
  • List of Restricted Certificates

Along with unlimited access clients are also able to issue proxy voting, update and control the information shareholders receive, obtain tools to contact shareholders directly, and so much more via iPSG. Companies may also allow shareholders to access selected company information through iPSG, allowing the company a secure and safe way to communicate with its shareholders.


One of the services that we added this past year that we are most excited about is our free EDGAR and XBRL filings for qualified clients. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service at the most competitive prices and are confident that this service offering will allow our clients to bundle services and recognize significant cost savings.

We are so pleased to offer our clients a cost effective way to have their reports filed with the SEC. Formatting, or “EDGAR-izing”, SEC filings is often an expensive endeavor costing companies up to ten thousand dollars a year. We recognize that in these tough economic times that cost is often a major burden to many smaller public companies. Beginning December 1st, we began offering filing services to new and existing clients. Qualified clients are able to receive one to two years of free filing services with additional filing services available at competitive a la carte rates.

We are excited to work with clients throughout the filing process and are providing clear communication pathways to ensure that filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner. In an effort to provide analysis of current issues in the OTC marketplace and to get to know you and your needs better, we began hosting monthly dinners across the country this year. We have visited Las Vegas, Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles, and Scottsdale so far and have loved having the opportunity to talk with you over dinner while providing you with the information that you require in order to achieve your goals. We have had both Brad Beckstead of L.L. Bradford and Scott Kline of Lucosky Brookman as well as our own Chris Dobbins and Ralleigh Grandberry give presentations at these dinners. Topics have included DTC chills and eligibility, the recently passed JOBS Act as well as corporate governance and internal controls.

With approximately 50 guests in attendance at each dinner, the dinners not only serve our educational purpose but allow for guests to interact and network with one another in an environment that fosters discussions concerning current issues. In addition to the presentations and networking, we provide guests with helpful handouts concerning topics that we were unable to address within the time constraints of the dinners.


We were excited to announce the addition of a beta version of our Package Tracking software to our services available to clients. The software will allow all involved parties to track, in real-time, the status of their packages and items as they are processed by Pacific Stock. The tracking capabilities will allow anyone that submits a package to Pacific Stock (that is signed up to test the software) to receive confirmation of receipt and real-time notification of completion and shipment of their items. We plan to continue developing its tracking capabilities to allow a real-time view of the status and processing stage of each item it receives.

We plan to release the Package Tracking software early in 2013 and are excited to offer such a distinctive and value added service to our clients. We realized that this kind of program exists in almost every other industry except ours and are so excited to be the first Transfer Agent to offer it.

What to look forward to in 2013:


We are excited to be partnering up with Laurel Hills Advisory Group this spring to offer Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit webinars to interested parties. Offering a variety of CLE credit courses, Laurel Hills Advisory Group will be working with us throughout the year to offer educational webinars to anyone in need of CLE credit hours. We are confident that the partnership will not only benefit the attorneys who attend the webinars, but will also provide useful knowledge to all of our clients who attend.


In addition to our CLE Webinars we are launching an extended webinar series for 2013. Currently we have our first quarter webinars scheduled, but will surely have more to follow. We will be hosting the free webinar series that will focus on current issues in the small cap market throughout the course of the first quarter. Tune in to the hour long webinars that most interest you or attend them all; we are confident that the experience will help you build a successful public company.

As a part of Pacific Services Group’s ongoing efforts to bring unique and value-adding services to our clients, we will be launching a Professional Services Network in early 2013 to clients. The network will allow clients to access valuable free service offerings from Pacific Stock partners. As a Pacific Stock Client you will be able to access our PSN Portal and thus the premier service offerings of our Service Providers. Once registered on the portal you will gain access to the information and the exclusive offers that our Service Providers are willing to give away to registered Pacific Stock clients! Partnering with firms in the IT, legal, and other applicable industries, we are confident that the free service offers will provide real value to you and your business.


In addition to the items listed above, we will continue to update and develop our offerings throughout the course of 2013. Several additional projects that we are looking to launch in 2013 include, but are not limited to:

  • Rule 144 App– This App for your smart phone or tablet will allow for easy determination of Rule 144 applicability. The App will also include a tool that will allow for clear specification of what clients need to provide along with their attorney’s opinion letter in regards to Rule 144 submissions.
  • Annual Report Printing and Marketing – We are working to add printing and marketing of your company’s annual reports to our service listings this spring. This service will allow for clients to access knowledgeable and experienced professionals available to help optimize the look and feel of their company’s annual reports, both in concept and in print, all under one roof.
